Mellow, bite-sized treats with fragrant mango and zesty lime yoghurt.
- Pidy Gluten Free 4cm
- 1 large, ripe mango
- 1 lime, grated zest and juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp butter
- Heat broiler. Remove the skin from the mango and cut the fruit into bite-size pieces. Put the mango cubes in a bowl, stir in the lime zest together with the yoghurt and brown sugar. Dot with the butter and spritz with the lime juice
- Fill the mini tartlets and broil just until the topping melts and browns.
