Mango Gratin

Mellow, bite-sized treats with fragrant mango and zesty lime yoghurt.


  • Pidy Gluten Free 4cm
  • 1 large, ripe mango
  • 1 lime, grated zest and juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp butter


Makes 10 Servings

  1. Heat broiler. Remove the skin from the mango and cut the fruit into bite-size pieces. Put the mango cubes in a bowl, stir in the lime zest together with the yoghurt and brown sugar. Dot with the butter and spritz with the lime juice
  2. Fill the mini tartlets and broil just until the topping melts and browns.
