Black Mussel Dip
A simple, flavoursome canapé with freshly made guacamole and juicy prawns.
- Pidy Mussel Shell Black
- Chilli pepper
- Cooked pink prawns
- Coriander leaves (a few)
- Finely dice the chilli, roughly chop the avocado and slice the lime in half
- Combine the avocado and chilli in a bowl. Grate the lime zest into the mixture and juice the lime. Mash the mixture with a fork to make a chunky guacamole
- Fill the Pidy Mussel Shell with guacamole, then top with the cooked prawns
- Decorate with coriander leaves to finish.
