Black Mussel Dip

A simple, flavoursome canapé with freshly made guacamole and juicy prawns.


  • Pidy Mussel Shell Black
  • Avocado
  • Chilli pepper
  • Cooked pink prawns
  • Lime
  • Coriander leaves (a few)


Servings: 10

  1. Finely dice the chilli, roughly chop the avocado and slice the lime in half
  2. Combine the avocado and chilli in a bowl. Grate the lime zest into the mixture and juice the lime. Mash the mixture with a fork to make a chunky guacamole
  3. Fill the Pidy Mussel Shell with guacamole, then top with the cooked prawns
  4. Decorate with coriander leaves to finish.
