Pidy Reinvents Grab and Go Lunch with New KØN

Belgian pastry specialist Pidy has introduced an exciting lunchtime alternative, perfect for food on the go, with their new Kon.
The cone shaped bread is suitable to enjoy hot or cold, and is compatible with a range of sweet or savoury fillings. For breakfast, serve toasted with butter and jam, packed with smashed avocado and smoked salmon, or rolled in sugar and filled with chocolate spread, strawberries, and banana. On lunch menus, operators can offer the Kon with a range of classic sandwich fillers, salads, or even soup! And, for a hearty evening snack, chilli, curry, or gyros adds an internationally inspired flare while hitting that sweet spot.
With the continuing popularity of street food, grab and go is the perfect way for small businesses to easily add an additional stream of revenue, particularly as we look to the summer and warmer months.
