A best-seller from the company’s extensive collection, the chocolate Trendy range consists of three innovative shapes which are available in three different sizes for complete flexibility. The new recipe achieves an even crisper texture and delicious, buttery flavour that harmoniously complements the cocoa in the pastry.
Designed with foodservice specialists in mind, the shortcrust pastry holds its shape once filled, whilst the subtly enriched chocolate flavour goes hand in hand with many different fillings and flavours. The new butter recipe allows chefs and caterers to create desserts, sweet canapés and petit fours to create an even greater quality finish.
